Adoption Advocates,
Inc., was founded in 1987 as a not-for-profit adoption service
organization licensed by the State of Wisconsin. Agency co-founders,
Julie Dahlen and Judy Lynn, share more than 50 years of experience
in all aspects of international and domestic adoption and
have served more than 1,800 adoptive families throughout Wisconsin.
Adoption Advocates has been recognized nationally and internationally
for professional excellence in:
